Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping

We ship to addresses in Ontario only, from Hamilton, Ontario, by Canada Post Regular Parcel, with tracking. Shipping is free.

Orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery then takes up to 8 business days: Canada Post’s delivery standard for Regular Parcel from Hamilton is 2–3 business days to most Ontario addresses and up to 8 business days to remote areas. These are Canada Post’s standards, not guaranteed delivery dates. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

DAYBOOK 360 has a lithium-ion battery, so it travels by ground only. We can’t ship outside Ontario or to remote communities that Canada Post serves only by air (“Air Stage” locations). If your order has an address we can’t ship to, we’ll email you, cancel the order and refund you in full.

Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? Return the planner unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first. Return shipping is paid by you; please send it by ground — the planner has a lithium-ion battery. We refund the product price within 15 days of receiving it, to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Arrived damaged or not working? Don’t mail it back — a damaged battery can’t travel by mail. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Cancelling an order

Email us before your order ships and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. After it ships, the return policy above applies.

Warranty

We cover the battery, wireless charging, built-in cables and USB drive against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Email us your order number and a short description or photo, and we’ll replace the planner or refund you. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. DAYBOOK 360 is a small business that isn’t registered for GST/HST, so no sales tax is added: the price shown is the total you pay, shipping included. You pay on Stripe’s payment page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; we never see your full card number. Before you pay, it shows the total and asks you to accept these terms. After you pay, Stripe emails you a receipt. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a copy of your order with these terms.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fill your order: name, email, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and what you bought. Stripe processes your payment (its privacy policy applies to its payment page); Canada Post receives your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel; our email is hosted by GoDaddy, our web host. We don’t sell your information. To measure our ads, this site uses Google Ads and Meta cookies — see “Cookies and ad measurement” below.

We keep order records for 6 years for tax and product-safety rules, then delete them. The person responsible for privacy is Dmytro Cholariia, owner of DAYBOOK 360, info@daybook360.com — write to ask for a copy of your information or to correct it.

Cookies and ad measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to see which of our ads lead to orders. On this site, Google may set cookies (for example _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, kept for up to 90 days) and receive your IP address, browser and device details, the page address, the page you came from and the ad click ID. When you place an order, it also receives the order total and Stripe’s payment reference number. We don’t send Google your name, email, phone number or address, and we don’t use this information for personalised ads or remarketing. Google LLC processes it in the United States and other countries; its privacy policy applies. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We also use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. On this site, Meta may set cookies (for example _fbp and _fbc, usually kept for 90 days) and receive your IP address, browser and device details, the page address, the page you came from, the ad click ID and what you do here: viewing the order section, pressing an “Order” button and, after you pay, the order total and Stripe’s payment reference number. We don’t send Meta your name, email, phone number or address. Meta uses this information to measure our ads and to show them to people likely to be interested; we may also use it on Meta to stop showing our ads to people who have already ordered, or to show them again to people who visited this site. Meta Platforms processes it in the United States and other countries; its privacy policy applies, and you can manage ads based on your activity on other sites in your Meta account’s ad preferences. Meta Privacy Policy.

Outside Quebec, ad measurement is on until you decline. In Quebec, Google Ads cookies and the Meta Pixel stay off unless you accept; until you choose, the page may send Google a basic signal without cookies — the time, your browser type, the page you came from and whether you arrived from an ad, without the ad click ID — and Google shortens your IP address. Google recognises Quebec by your location. For the Meta Pixel, our own server checks whether your IP address belongs to Quebec, using DB-IP’s free database (IP geolocation by DB-IP). The address isn’t stored. Location by IP address is approximate; if the check doesn’t answer within 1.5 seconds, the pixel waits for your “Accept” too. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you haven’t chosen yet, we treat it as “Decline”. After “Decline”, neither the Google tag nor the Meta Pixel loads on other pages; on the page where you decline, Google stops using cookies, the pixel stops sending data, and their cookies on this site are deleted.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. Your choice, like the “Reduce motion” setting, is saved only on your device.
